14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Hygiene exception
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days at info@annikajewellery.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to return
Email info@annikajewellery.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
One-of-one designer scarves are made individually; please check the description carefully before ordering.
